1Nature of Products & Services

Ghostmark (accessible at https://ghostmark.site) is a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) web platform that uses artificial intelligence to detect and remove video watermarks, logos, and subtitles.

All plans available for purchase—including the Pro Membership (monthly subscription) and Pay-As-You-Go Credit Packs (50 video credits)—are purely intangible digital software services. Ghostmark does not manufacture, package, inventory, or ship any physical goods or tangible items.

2Mode of Delivery & Fulfillment

Delivery of Ghostmark digital products is performed entirely online over the Internet:

• Automatic Session Activation: Immediately upon successful transaction authorization via our payment gateway (Razorpay for India / Cashfree for international), your browser session and user account are upgraded electronically.
• Instant Feature Access: For Pro upgrades, high-definition 4K processing limits and priority GPU queueing unlock immediately. For Credit Packs, 50 credits are credited to your active session balance in real time.
• Digital Order Receipt: A digital order confirmation screen displaying your unique Order ID and Payment ID is displayed upon return from the payment gateway.

3Delivery Timelines

Under standard operating conditions, fulfillment takes between 0 to 60 seconds.

In rare instances of external banking network latency, Razorpay webhook delays, or temporary browser disconnections, automated fulfillment may take up to 15 to 30 minutes. If your credits or Pro benefits are not reflected after 30 minutes, our technical team will manually credit your account upon verification of your transaction receipt.

4Shipping Charges

Because all services are rendered digitally via our cloud infrastructure, there are zero shipping, freight, courier, or packaging fees (₹0.00 / $0.00). The price displayed on our pricing page and checkout modal is the total applicable amount.

5Resolving Delivery & Fulfillment Issues

If you have successfully made a payment through Razorpay or Cashfree but your credits or Pro membership do not appear:
