• No Public Model Training: Ghostmark does not harvest, scrape, or utilize your uploaded footage to train or fine-tune public artificial intelligence models.

3Information We Collect

We collect the following minimal categories of data:

• Session Identifiers: A randomly generated pseudonymous UUID stored in an HTTP-only cookie (wm_session) to keep track of your video usage limits and purchased credits.
• Payment Identifiers: When you purchase a Pro plan or Credit pack, our payment processors provide us with an Order ID and Payment ID. If provided during checkout, your email address is used solely to associate your subscription and send order receipts.
• Technical & Log Data: Standard server logs including IP addresses, browser user-agent, operating system, and country origin (to serve appropriate currency and payment gateway options).

4Payment Processing & Financial Security

All online payment transactions are processed securely through certified payment gateway partner Razorpay (supporting UPI, Cards, NetBanking, and authorized wallets).
